Who We're Looking For

We're hiring Senior Consultants with
3–4 years of CDD experience
. You'll be comfortable owning meaningful parts of a workstream, delivering with light supervision, and starting to manage project elements. You'll bring strong commercial judgement, curiosity, and the ambition to grow in a fast-paced, PE-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver key sections of CDD and strategy projects: market sizing, competitor analysis, customer insights, and commercial assessments.
  • Conduct structured research and analysis, turning findings into clear, actionable client insights.
  • Produce high-quality, commercially robust report sections with limited oversight.
  • Support project management: client liaison, gathering inputs, coordinating junior team members.
  • Work closely with Directors and Engagement Managers to drive impactful client outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and help shape a growing team.
  • Build early exposure to business development over time.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of CDD experience
    in consulting or PE advisory.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Proven ability to deliver defined workstreams independently.
  • Experience engaging with clients and supporting aspects of project management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable in a high-trust, entrepreneurial environment.
  • No sector focus required (excluding healthcare/life sciences).

Additional Info

Most clients are London-based, with some travel depending on project needs. The team offers quick progression and
significantly more sustainable hours than many larger consultancies.
