What we're looking for? 
  • Experience in Optics is great but not essential
  • Commercially minded with a focus on community enrichment
  • Experience in leadership within a fast faced retail environment

  • Be flexible and adaptable 
  • Passionate people person who can support and develop their team to be the best they can be
