Due to expansion, we're looking for a reliable Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, timely deliveries to our customers while keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

  • Carry out daily deliveries to customers in a safe and professional manner.
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care.
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every drop, representing the company positively.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
  • Receive, check, and put away incoming stock (Goods In), ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, delivery notes, and stock documentation.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts – if licensed) safely and responsibly.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and counter team to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail in order picking and paperwork.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Experience in a delivery, warehouse, or trade environment is preferred.
  • Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) is desirable but not essential as training given.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills.
