**Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver / Parts and Stock Coordinator** with previous warehouse and stock control experience is required for a well-established company based in Bristol, South West England.

**SALARY**:£20,000 per annum + Benefits (See Below)

**LOCATION**:Bristol, South West England

**JOB TYPE**:Full-Time, Permanent

**WORKING HOURS**:37.50 hours per week

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver / Parts and Stock Coordinatorwith previous warehouse and stock control experience.

Working as the Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver / Parts and Stock Coordinator you will support all warehouse activities; receipting and despatching of parts, tools and equipment.

As the Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver / Parts and Stock Coordinator you will support all activity in locations throughout the country as required through collection, delivery, stock taking and equipment testing.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver / Parts and Stock Coordinator will include:

- Understanding and adhering to health and safety responsibilities at all times
- Ensuring warehouse and car park areas are kept clean and tidy, free from hazards and debris
- Receiving and processing all deliveries
- Advising all recipients that their deliveries have arrived
- Recording, updating and maintaining records
- Ensuring correct items are selected, packaged and processed for despatch to correct address and recipient
- Ensuring recipient is aware of items being despatched
- Recording, updating and maintaining accurate despatch records
- Follow internal procedures to support warranty and returns processes
- Complete associated documentation, record, update and maintain records
- Complete stock takes for parts, tools and equipment - travel to locations meet engineers and complete audits
- Provide accurate information, record updates and maintain records in a timely manner
- Clear locations from Hazardous waste ensuring correct documentation and processes are followed
- Receipt in Hazardous waste from engineers in to the warehouse and arrange final disposal
- Clearing all rubbish and spillages, keeping floor areas and routes clear
- General maintenance jobs as required
- Liaise with waste management companies and suppliers to ensure removal of all rubbish, emptied bins, and skips, and return of uncollected returns
- Ensure car park and yard area is always clear from rubbish

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Stock control and warehouse experience
- Building Maintenance skills
- Health and Safety Awareness
- PC literate with good telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence
- Fork lift licence - optional but not essential
- Being able to work self-sufficiently
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Maintain good practice
