Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Office-based
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the Sales Team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This will be office based.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
general administrative support
to the Sales Team.
- Create and maintain professional
sales decks
and client presentations.
- Draft and send
client emails
and follow up on communications where needed.
- Manage and update the
CRM system (Odoo)
to ensure all client and lead data is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with
diary management
, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and client appointments.
- Take
minutes
during Sales Team meetings, track
actions
, and ensure timely follow-up on all deliverables.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a
Sales Administrator
,
Sales Support
, or
Team Assistant
role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal English skills.
- Comfortable using
CRM systems
(experience with Odoo is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
