What we are looking for:

We are looking for our next Compliance Officer to join our Global Ethics Office team based in our EMEA-headquarter in Henley-on-Thames In this role, your focus will be on personal securities trading and other sensitive compliance matters. You'll play a key role in monitoring, reporting, and advising on ethical conduct across the organization.

Among your responsibilities could be:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Code of Ethics topics:
  • Personal Account Dealing, Gifts & Entertainment, and Outside Business Interests.
  • Manage day-to-day monitoring and support processes related to the Code.
  • Review and approve/deny personal trading requests based on policy.
  • Track and report on completion of compliance trainings and certifications.
  • Monitor and follow up on Gifts & Entertainment disclosures.

    Investigate potential breaches of the Code and maintain confidential records.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to improve compliance processes.
  • Lead and manage assigned projects, escalating issues when needed.

You'll need to have:

  • Background in accounting, audit, or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with Code of Ethics compliance matters.
  • Familiarity with STAR Compliance or similar monitoring tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present data clearly and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Technical proficiency, especially in MS Office (Excel, reporting tools).
  • Knowledge of financial products (ICVCs, ISAs, Investment Trusts).
  • Understanding of data protection and regulatory frameworks.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRD, Aladdin, Bloomberg; multilingual fluency.
