  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity - proposing innovative ideas and creative event solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in event operations, production or management. Ideally within the live entertainment or hospitality sectors.
  • A natural self-starter who thrives on responsibility and momentum.
  • Confident in making decisions, even under pressure - and always ready to find a solution.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Driving license and flexibility to work some shows on weekends, travelling to various locations as needed.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and team collaboration tools.

Benefits:

  • A highly competitive salary, depending on experience.
  • Access to our annual bonus scheme (performance based).
  • 28 days annual leave, including bank and other public holidays. Plus extra days off at Christmas.
  • A flexible hybrid-working policy, with beautiful offices across London.
  • Huge opportunities for personal growth and career progression.
  • Collaborative, fun, and respectful team environment aligned with our core values.
  • Maternity and paternity leave policy.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Opportunities to attend our full range of events and concerts and invite friends and family.
