Role Description

This full-time role, is based remotely within UK North with the HQ based in Redditch, Birmingham. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. You will conduct sales presentations, provide product training, and act as a point of contact for customer inquiries. The role also involves analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while driving growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, including generating leads, managing client portfolios, and meeting sales targets.
  • proven success in sales growth in relevant product or industry.
  • Proficiency in Training customers or clients on product use and benefits.
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial products, manufacturing processes, or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client and operational needs.
