Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is an exciting opportunity that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with colleagues and customers, and who takes pride in providing excellent administrative and customer service support. The role will be primarily based at our Colne branch, but you will also be required to provide cover and support across all our 8 branches (Nelson, Burnley, Colne, Barrowford, Clitheroe, Poulton, Garstang and Lytham).
We are looking for our next team members to have a good standard of general education (GCSE Grade C or above), experience of customer service, effective communication skills and the ability to deal with queries and problem solve.
Here at the Marsden, working together is part of our core values, and the Customer Representative role will involve communicating and collaborating not just within your team but spanning the whole organisation, working cohesively with colleagues to help us grow and achieve our business goals.
We are a smaller organisation, and as such, all of our colleagues have the ability to enjoy breadth within their role, as well as utilising and developing their specialist skills.
