Are you a proactive and dynamic Property Manager looking for your next challenge? Join our growing Property Management department at Stow Brothers and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and tenants.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for our managed clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service.
- Handling tenant inquiries with efficiency, resolving issues and complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Coordinating property visits, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Managing tenancy renewals, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants and landlords.
- Overseeing the move-out process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Staying on top of compliance requirements and ensuring all properties meet legal standards.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 year of experience in property management.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A passion for customer service, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- You need to have a driving licence and own car
