Are you a proactive and dynamic Property Manager looking for your next challenge? Join our growing Property Management department at Stow Brothers and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and tenants.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for our managed clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service.
  • Handling tenant inquiries with efficiency, resolving issues and complaints swiftly and professionally.
  • Coordinating property visits, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard.
  • Managing tenancy renewals, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants and landlords.
  • Overseeing the move-out process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Staying on top of compliance requirements and ensuring all properties meet legal standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 year of experience in property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A passion for customer service, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • You need to have a driving licence and own car
