About the role

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions to join our senior leadership team. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and execution of the university's recruitment and admissions strategy, driving the growth and diversity of our student body. You will oversee a high-performing team, working closely with key stakeholders across departments to enhance our outreach, streamline admissions processes, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of student recruitment, leveraging data and insights to make informed decisions and ensure alignment with institutional goals. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to play a central role in shaping the next phase of growth for our institution. Please note that this role requires travel of 4-6 weeks per year, allowing you to build relationships and enhance our recruitment efforts globally.

You are an accomplished, strategic leader with significant experience in higher education, particularly within student recruitment and admissions.
