Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Lead Onboarding Analyst to join our team. This role will primarily be responsible for onboarding new Trust accounts and supporting a team during the first months of a new relationship. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Implementing a consistent communication and follow up plan with Advisor Teams and end clients, when necessary, throughout the onboarding process,
Preparing, distributing, and tracking all forms and related documentation associated with new accounts,
Performing AML screening activities in connection with new client onboarding,
Opening new client accounts on the PTC trust accounting system,
Opening new client accounts on the LPL brokerage system,
Performing reconciliations of trust assets upon funding,
Tracking of onboarding processes, communications, and completion of all associated workflows,
Coordinating establishment of online client access for new and existing relationships,
Working closely with prior custodian's and trustees to facilitate transfer of information, documentation and assets,
Monitoring accounts from acceptance through funding, escalating issues as necessary
Mentoring Onboarding Analysts
Interacting with clients and client service providers,
Handling client requests,
Preparing management reports and spreadsheets,
Ad hoc projects

Requirements:
3 to 4 years of experience in an onboarding role in the trust, legal, brokerage, investment or accounting fields
Core Competencies:
Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Detail oriented, self-starter with excellent customer service, communication and follow up skills
Preferences:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay Range:
$26.34-$43.90/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
