Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and line-manage a small team on site and in the depot to ensure timely completion of work.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders, both onsite and digitally.
- Deliver and support training initiatives for your team and others as needed.
- Ensure your team's work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specifications, and on schedule.
- Manage and ensure attendance at site, maintaining organised and accurate stock for installations.
- Support service and contract requirements with out-of-hours availability.
- Promote health and safety practices within the team and provide reports as necessary.
- Monitor job costs, providing detailed breakdowns as required to meet budget targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Electrical qualification and/or relevant experience with a strong background in on-site work.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a passion for motivating and training others.
- Cooperative, proactive approach with the ability to manage tasks, staff, materials, and contractors.
- Accuracy and reliability, with a commitment to getting things right the first time.
- Effective communication skills, team-building abilities, and IT proficiency (tablets, laptops, and software).
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle and tools provided).
- Comprehensive understanding of safe working practices.
