As Site Administration Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting site operations through effective administration. From managing purchase orders and vendor communication to maintaining records and coordinating meetings, you'll ensure smooth workflows and compliance. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Use office software and SAP (training provided) to manage site processes.
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with accounts payable for timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain filing systems and handle incoming correspondence.
  • Respond to internal and external vendor inquiries.
  • Oversee general office coordination and maintain calendars for meetings.
  • Ensure confidentiality of vendor, staff, and company information.
  • Manage front-of-house duties, including vendor sign-in and health & safety compliance.
  • Coordinate staff holiday records and assist with scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in general office administration.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
  • Knowledge of basic office management principles and record-keeping.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
