As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This is a pivotal role that requires confidence, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Managing Director's schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are prioritised effectively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, managing emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Organise complex travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries, and accompany the MD on trips (1–2 times per month).
  • Attend key meetings as required, taking accurate minutes and ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
  • Oversee and support a range of business-related tasks, projects, and administrative duties, ensuring objectives are met in a timely manner.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and support effective decision-making to enable the MD to operate efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a Director or Senior Executive.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in modern productivity tools (Google Workspace experience is a bonus).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Calm, composed, and professional under pressure and during periods of rapid change.
