Role Description

This is an on-site, voluntary position for a School Governor with Djanogly Learning Trust. As a School Governor, you will collaborate with other members of the governing board to set the strategic direction of the school and ensure high educational standards. Responsibilities include attending meetings, monitoring school performance, providing support and challenge to the leadership team, and ensuring compliance as directed by our Board of Trustees. You will work closely with school leaders to act as a crticial friend and contribute to decision-making processes that impact the school community.

You will be inducted and support in your own development by the Trusts Governance Team, with an opportunity to enhance your own key skills, understanding and further develop your leadership skills and crticial thinking.
