About The Role:

SHIFT PATTERN - Monday to Friday- 07:00-19:00 hours About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of front-of-house service with maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

We are looking for a charismatic and and customer focused person to join the site team as a front of house lead and to embrace the customer journey ethos.

The role requires a high standard of customer services but in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Candidates will require a front line SIA licence but this can be completed as part of the recruitment process and is not a requirement to apply for the role.

Responsibilities:

Provide a professional and friendly front-of-house service away from the confines of a traditional reception desk.

Encourage the customer journey with a 5 star service

Be prepared to interact with customers, prepare and provide refreshments.

Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.

Conduct security checks.

Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.

Assist with general enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

Be yourself with a passion to make a different and bring ideas to the table

A valid SIA DS Licence- this can be obtained during the vetting process for the successful candidate.

Previous experience in a concierge or front-of-house (Preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)

Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.

Professional appearance and demeanour.

The ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858) and obtain an SIA DS licence (funding options are available)
