An exceptional opportunity has arisen at our client, a leading international City law firm. The firm's top ranked Technology team is seeking an experienced solicitor to provide support during a period of maternity leave initially for 6-months.

This is your chance to work on high-profile, cutting-edge technology deals for global clients. You'll focus on transactional work rather than advisory, across areas such as:

  • Technology and telecoms
  • Outsourcing arrangements
  • SaaS and cloud contracting

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in commercial IT and technology transactions gained at a top-tier or international law firm
  • Ability to hit the ground running and manage complex deals with minimal supervision
  • Commercially astute and confident in client-facing roles
