We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Implementation Specialist to join our team in Wrexham.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering site survey intelligence to the sales and commercial teams, installing and commissioning MIR (Megger Industrial Reliability) systems, and ensuring seamless integration with Megger's SaaS platform. You'll be supporting project rollouts, assisting contractors, and contributing to the continued development of our industrial monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and commission vibration monitoring hardware, including handheld and wireless sensor systems.
  • Ensure seamless system integration with Megger's SaaS platform through collaboration with the Analytics, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to clients during system rollout.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed installation and configuration documentation.
  • Complete site surveys, ensuring compliance with safety standards and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering and software teams to resolve technical issues and capture field feedback.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Mechanical or electrical background.
  • Industrial experience working within factories or similar environments.
  • Strong IT literacy (MS Office, analysis software, and internal systems).
  • Understanding of typical industrial assets (motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
