Description

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital content, and social media.

You'll be responsible for capturing compelling content from customer sites, curating our social channels, and supporting our marketing campaigns through blogs and email communications.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Visit customer production sites to capture engaging written and video content showcasing our machinery in action and customer success stories.
  • Conduct interviews, shoot video footage, and take photographs.
  • Script, storyboard, and edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

Social Media Management

  • Curate and elevate Advanced Dynamics' organic social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube & TikTok.
  • Develop and schedule content aligned with our brand tone of voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to grow our online following.

Blog & News Writing

  • Write news articles, blogs, and announcements to keep customers and prospects informed about company developments, product launches, and industry insights.

Email Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Write and build email campaigns to support sales and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and campaign goals.
  • Use email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Dynamics CRM to plan, design and distribute content.

Entry requirements

Essential

  • Minimum Grade C/4 in English and Maths
  • Passion for content, storytelling, and digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driving license and willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites across the UK
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Familiarity with video and image editing tools
  • Experience with content production
  • Interest in manufacturing or engineering sectors

Training to be provided

You will undertake the groundbreaking Juice Academy Content Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, tutored by industry experts.

Tutored by Tangerine Communications, an industry leading social media and PR agency that makes B2B and consumer brands famous with creativity and energy. They're always learning and exploring new ways to push the boundaries and achieve better business results. They like to keep it simple. It's about bolder thinking and braver ideas.

During this apprenticeship, you will develop content to maximise audience engagement in order to promote, sell and market an organisations products and services. Whether the you are engaged in social media for developing a brand, writing content to generate leads or creating videos to maximise engagement, you will develop key fundamentals in data and insights, SEO and distribution, to underpin your knowledge and skills to deliver ROI.
