We are now hiring a
Head of Editorial & Community
to lead our voice, shape our content, grow our platforms and represent TSC across the industry.

The Role

As
Head of Editorial & Community
, you will:

Lead Editorial & Content Strategy

  • Own TSC's editorial vision and long-term content strategy
  • Oversee news, features, interviews, insights and recipe content
  • Ensure accuracy, tone, quality and community alignment
  • Deliver major editorial cycles including Michelin, seasonal peaks and TSC Awards

Drive Digital Performance

  • Lead SEO strategy (keywords, clusters, evergreen content)
  • Own performance analytics across:
  • GA4, YouTube Studio, META Insights, TikTok & LinkedIn Analytics
  • Use data to drive audience growth, engagement and decision-making
  • Guide editorial direction for YouTube and video content

Champion the Chef & FOH Community

  • Represent TSC at Chef Series, FOH Series, networking lunches and industry events
  • Build relationships with chefs, operators, PRs and suppliers
  • Ensure TSC's content authentically reflects the industry

Lead, Motivate & Grow the Editorial Team

  • Set clear standards, workflows and KPIs
  • Develop and coach writers, editors and social/video staff
  • Build a culture of performance, creativity and accountability

Collaborate with Partnerships (Editorially)

  • Support commercial content with strong editorial integrity
  • Enhance sponsor value through credible, community-first storytelling

Who We're Looking For

A confident, credible senior editorial leader who is:

  • Digital-first with strong SEO & analytics expertise
  • Skilled in multi-platform content (web, social, video)
  • Comfortable directing video narratives (not hands-on production)
  • A natural leader who motivates teams and builds successful cultures
  • A strong writer/editor with excellent judgement
  • Experienced in content performance, growth and optimisation
  • Engaged with chef culture and the wider hospitality industry
  • Comfortable being a public-facing ambassador for TSC
