Position Overview
An exciting opportunity for an established manager to join our Business Planning team, you will be responsible for the forecasting of key KPIs across our 70+ DTC EMEA Full Price Stores including our luxury, flagship and prestigious Ralph locations. With an intuitive grasp of numbers, and an appreciation of workings in a dynamic omni-channel brand you will partner with key stakeholders to prepare and present monthly forecasts, full year budgets and Long Range Plans (LRP) directly to senior leadership team. The role is varied and will include analysis, planning, reporting and presenting to multiple stakeholders in the business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Effective management and development of a small team responsible for Full Price B&M revenue forecasting from daily to annual levels, improving process and elevating delivery of information Deputise for Business Planning Lead and support with high level business requests and provide wider team support for B&M and digital channels where required Prepare and deliver full year budgets and strategy outlines as part of wider DTC team across all stores/KPIs presenting complex analytical information in a visually stimulating manner Generate clear, concise, actionable trade recommendations to influence Senior leadership to maximise opportunity and mitigate risk Influence and Deliver LRP/3YP for Full Price Stores and be a key driver for overall DTC strategy Analysis of macro and micro influences across our EMEA business and demonstrate impact/influence on future forecast Nurture a strong direct relationship with EMEA Country Leaders, Store managers, marketing, finance, merchandising Analysis across geographies, store profiles and market nuances that may impact business strategy and performance
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Relevant experience within analytical, financial, data driven businesses Good understanding of KPI relationships with the ability to plan; Sales & GM, Traffic & Conversion, AUR, AUC & Discount rates Experience of working with Key Stakeholders across a range of geographies and cultures Experience of working within fashion retail/wholesale/concession is preferable but not essential. Up-to-date knowledge of data analysis, statistics tools and approaches Strong administrative and project management skills Computer literate - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, JDA, BI Able to work in a fast paced environment; balance reactive requests with forward planning & able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to balance priorities Lateral thinker not afraid to challenge the status quo Excellent written and verbal communication skills and listening skills Act as a brand ambassador at all times
