Team Leader, managing the Homes for Ukraine team within Customer Access

  • As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the immediate line management of a team of Customer Service Advisors within the Homes for Ukraine Team.

  • The team is made up of both English and Ukrainian nationals, so an adaptive and supportive management style is essential.

  • Knowledge of resettlement schemes in the UK is beneficial but not a requirement as you will receive full training and support.

  • This role will require you to work collaboratively with the Service Manager and the Lancashire Refugee Integration Team.

  • This role has become available due to the retirement of the current post holder, and any extensions will be subject to funding.

Hours of work 

Our opening hours are from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding all Public Bank Holidays)
