About Us:
Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 50 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to Greater London areas.
Job Description:
We are looking for a scheduler with experience in property maintenance or background in customer admin service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with housing associations and landlords regarding new and ongoing repairs
- Answering customer calls/email's and enquiries via the portals regarding breakdowns and planned service works.
- To allocate jobs to suitable engineers within allocated areas.
- Schedule engineers' diaries.
- Reviewing engineers' reports to ensure adequate photos and information is provided.
- General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required.
Qualification and Skills:
- Must be computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
- Great telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer and team focused
Additional Information:
Language: Good spoken and written English
Work Location: The Ridgeway, Millbrook Park, London, NW7 1RP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
