Regional Export Manager – Health & Nutrition (LATAM) - South / Latin America

Location: London | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 remote)

Salary: Circa £90,000 OTE (Base approx. £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits)

French Selection (FS), a market-leading international recruiter, is exclusively searching for a Regional Export Manager (Health & Nutrition LATAM) on behalf of our client – a renowned UK-based health and wellbeing company with a strong international presence.

Role Overview:

Lead the client's expansion in Latin America, drive sales strategies, and manage distributor relationships in the health, nutrition, and pharmaceutical markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales/export growth strategies across LATAM.

Cultivate strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.

Launch new products and conduct market analysis.

Ensure compliance with local regulations.

Support marketing and educational campaigns.

Report performance/forecasts to senior management.

International travel: 40–50% initially, 30–40% ongoing.

Ideal Candidate:

Senior international sales/export experience (pharma, healthcare, nutrition, FMCG).

Fluent Spanish and Portuguese required; other languages an advantage.

Strong market intelligence in LATAM, including regulations and logistics.

Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and account management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy (MBA preferred).

Benefits:

Competitive base salary (£80,000) + performance bonus (OTE £90,000) + package.
