The company:
Our client is a leading UK-based health and wellbeing business with a growing international presence

Main duties:
Lead and develop sales strategies across the Latin America region, managing distributors, key accounts, healthcare professionals, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and market growth.

The role:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
- Analyse market trends and implement growth initiatives for new markets and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and export requirements.
- Support marketing, promotional, and medical education campaigns.
- Report performance and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Travel internationally: initial 40–50%, ongoing 30–40%.

The candidate:
- Senior experience in international sales, export management, or business development in pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; additional languages a plus.
- Strong knowledge of regional regulations, logistics, distributor management, and HCP engagement.
- Skilled in strategic planning, negotiation, account management, and market intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred.

The salary: £80,000 per annum plus bonus on achievable performance-based plus benefits
