Overview

We are looking for Principal Consultant to join our talented delivery team in a client facing role, working on exciting projects across our broad client base.

This senior level role involves providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and advisory services to clients implementing Oracle HCM Cloud. You will ensure successful project delivery while aligning with client business objectives and driving best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Project leadership and strategy

o Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Global HCM modules

o Define project scope, strategy, and implementation roadmap

o Ensure alignment with client business processes and strategic goals

  • Solution design and architecture

o Analyse business requirements and design Oracle HCM solutions that meet customer needs

o Develop configuration and integration strategies

  • Client advisor and stakeholder management

o Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices

o Engage with senior stakeholders to drive business transformation

  • Implementation management

o Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems

o Manage project timeline and resources

  • Team leadership and mentorship

o Lead cross-functional teams (both onshore, and offshore), mentor junior consultants, and promote knowledge sharing

o Ensure adherence to quality standards and implementation methodologies

  • Change Management and user training

o Develop and deliver training for end users and administrators

o Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption

  • Product Development and Innovation

o Collaborate with product management and development teams to develop industry solutions

o Provide feedback from implementation to influence future product enhancement and features

o Identify opportunities for custom solutions or product extensions that align with evolving client needs

Requirements

  • Remote/hybrid working location, but depending on where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey
  • Travel will be required to our offices and client sites as the project requires
  • Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. Security Clearance (SC) may also be required.
