About The Role
Sytner Warwick have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background within the automotive sector.

As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for looking after customers throughout the entire sales process; this will include maintaining contact with the customer, managing sales appointments, organising and assisting with test drives and rides, ensuring excellent customer service, and upselling additional items that are best suited to each customers' unique needs. As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new or used bike.

Sytner Motorcycle Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £37,330, you will also benefit from a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
