Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic investment Sales Consultant to join our London property investment development team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Investment Sales Consultant to join our London Property Division. If you are passionate about real estate sales and have a deep understanding of the Dubai properties

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individuals with a proven sales track record, to join our dynamic sales force in our London Sales Development Office

About the person:

  • Solid experience of working in a sales role and closing deals both over the phone and face to face
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude is MUST
  • Should be goal orientated, target driven Self-motivated, organised and sociable individual
  • Able to work under pressure to produce results

Skills

  • Proven experience within real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both English and Urdu would be an advantage
  • Having Experience in Property Investment Role is an advantage

You will be responsible for:

  • Advising on property investments and off-plan property investment in Dubai
  • Dealing With off-plan Luxury Properties
  • Advising clients and companies throughout the sales process
  • Closing property deals over the phone and face to face and via virtual meetings
  • Following up all sales enquiries
  • Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
  • Setting UP Face to Face Meetings
  • Sale Events on Monthly Basis Across UK

Experience:

  • Property sales or Investment sales : 1 year (required)
  • Sales: 3 years (required)
  • Telesales: 2 years (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £55,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London W5 3TA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
