**About the role**

We’re searching for a **Trainee Leasehold Consultant **to join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion. This role will be responsible for helping deliver excellent property management services, acting as a point of contact for our shared-owner, leaseholder and freeholder residents on a patchless basis. As well asproviding support and advice to colleagues outside of the team on complex leasehold queries.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To adhere to the Residential Services Target Operating Model (TOM) in order to deliver excellent standards and performance in relation to customer service, regulatory and legal compliance, best practice and innovation.
- Responsible for resolving complex customer queries promptly, including liaison with the A2Dominion Operational Teams.
- Responsible for responding to customer enquiries appropriately and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with service standard policies, procedures, statutory regulations, and relevant Codes of Practice.
- Ensuring that accurate customer contact and property records are maintained in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Being accountable for delivering strong financial performance by working collaboratively with the service charge and housing management teams, to ensure production of accurate and transparent service charge in-year block management accounts and year-end accounts.
- Conducting Section 20 consultations with customers on behalf of colleagues in Neighbourhoods.
- Providing an effective leasehold advisory and training service to colleagues outside of the team
- To attend and represent A2Dominion at court, external meetings, case conferences, and forums. As well as internal meetings relating to the progress of developments and buildings.

**More about you**

For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math’s and English (Grades A*- C)
- Good level of IT Knowledge including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adopt a continuous improvement approach and adapt to change
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Has or willing to study towards IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management) to achieve membership status
