We aim to highlight British Classics, that are elevated with zero waste loops & conscious pairings of technique and local ingredients, boasting a new approach for destination diners.

We are currently hiring a full kitchen team to help us reach our aim, to push out of the mainstream in an accessible manner.

We are searching for a passionate Sous Chef for a full time role. The role would be based in supporting the Head Chef, creative & supportive input , overseeing and ensuring a high quality product, whilst maintaining food safety & hygiene standards across the board.

The Sous Chef will also need to maintain relationships with suppliers, be able to support the training & guidance of staff members, communicate thoroughly with management & FOH, and help with the overall success of the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
