Since October 2013, we've been a corner stone of the Harrogate speciality coffee and breakfast and brunch space, delivering to our customers a service that is professional, welcoming, efficient.

We believe in working together to create something that we believe in and take pride in what we produce.

We source as much as our food as we can with local independent businesses and strive to use the best ingredients and have a small menu made up of a lot of classic dishes, as well as many dishes that show creativity and flare.

THE JOB ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Sous CHEF who wants a flexible work lifestyle balance and great social hours.

The position will be five days over 7, approximately 30-45 hours per week. We are predominately a daytime establishment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* The right candidate will be passionate about food

* Good punctuality is essential as we are a busy space.

* Experience in working in a busy restaurant.

* To present dishes in accordance with the menu details and direction of our head Chef

* To be aware of allergens and intolerances and to act appropriately when presented with these situations as directed by your manager

* To store food correctly as directed by your manager and health and safety regulations

* To ensure than no food is left unrefrigerated for more than four hours, as outlined by the law, when applicable

* To label all foods correctly, as in accordance to health and hygiene regulations

* As we are a small team so we're looking for the right individual that fits in, that is personable and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.
