We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our fantastic team and work alongside our experienced kitchen team.

In this role you will be supporting the Head Chef and the team who create fabulous, fresh dishes – using the best of seasonal, local ingredients.

Ideally you will be able to work all sections including starters, mains, desserts and provide general preparation for both lunch and dinner service. You should be comfortable as a kitchen leader, ready to lead a shift when the Head Chef is not working.

But we're interested in your personality and potential too – not just your previous experience.

We want people who are trailblazers, always ready to try new things and never stand still. You should bring good energy to every shift, always picking people up. You should respect those around you and be honest and straight talking with everyone.
