Our Downtown Boston Restaurant has for many years offered our customers quality food and beverages and a well-earned rest from their shopping.

Starting as soon as possible, we are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to deputise in our Restaurant, working full-time hours of 38.75 hours per week across five days a week.

To be successful in this role you must have relevant catering experience, ensuring that you will be effective when supporting the Restaurant Manager, delivering a seamless service, with an eye for detail and the ability to lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team.

You will play a key role in all aspects of planning staffing of our restaurant team, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction for our customers. You must be confident and capable to liaise with suppliers to ensure that adequate levels of stock and equipment are maintained. Ideally, you will also have the skills, qualifications and previous experience to work as a cook, although this is not essential.

In order to meet customer demands you must have a flexible approach to working days and times, and you should be available to work varying days if required, including weekends and late afternoons all within store opening times.
