Role Summary
You'll be the regional lead for benefits and pensions, shaping and managing programs for corporate and providing guidance and analysis for our hotel colleagues. You'll balance strategic design with hands-on delivery, ensuring our offerings meet diverse local needs while maintaining consistency across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of corporate benefits across Europe.
  • Maintain country-specific benefits grids and guide HR/leadership on hotel benefits.
  • Govern and oversee operations of all European pension plans, including the UK.
  • Benchmark market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, and pension regulations.
  • Support benefits design for new market entries.
  • Develop clear, engaging communications that help colleagues understand and value their benefits.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering benefits and pensions across multiple European countries.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits operations, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrixed environment.
