Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, contributing to both B2B and B2C campaigns. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing. The Marketing Assistant will assist in project management, social media management, and content creation while utilising tools such as the Adobe Suite, WordPress, and Google Ads. Including multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Film, edit, and produce engaging photo and video content for our digital platforms, website, and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness.
  • Support email marketing efforts by designing newsletters and managing distribution lists.
  • Collaborate with the team on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Utilise Google Analytics to track campaign performance and provide insightful analysis.
  • Create compelling copy for various platforms including websites, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to contribute fresh ideas for B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager and the team to provide ad-hoc marketing material on demand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or education in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
