The Role: Digital Development Coordinator

Love tech? Obsessed with great user experiences? This is your chance to take the lead on our website, app, and digital platforms, making them engaging, accessible, and future-ready. You'll shape online journeys, deliver SEO strategies, and explore new digital innovations that keep us ahead of the curve.

What You'll Do 

  • Maintain and optimise the Students' Union website and app – keeping them running smoothly and looking sharp. 
  • Manage CMS, CRM, and email marketing systems. 
  • Deliver SEO strategies and digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Design intuitive online pathways for students to access resources, services and events. 
  • Analyse engagement metrics and produce actionable reports. 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support staff with digital systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing websites, CMS, CRM, or digital platforms. 
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365. 
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Clear communicator and team player.

Desirable:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in digital systems, IT, or marketing.
  • Experience in education, charity, or student-focused environments.
