Job Description

Care Assistant Benefits:

  • Excellent pay rates for caring for you community - from £11.44 to £14 per hour, plus double pay bank holiday rates from £22 per hour
  • Flexible Zero-hour Permanent Contract - we provide full flexibility around your schedule, whether you're looking to provide a few hours of your time to need a role to keep you occupied
  • Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client
  • Employee referral bonus programme - get cash for referral a Carer after they complete 3 months with us
  • Mileage  - paid between shifts
  • Blue Light Card & Employee Assistance Program
  • Fully paid DBS
  • Training -  award winning training and ongoing support. 

Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications

No Qualifications are needed All we ask is that you have: 

  • A driving license and vehicle to use for work
  • A passion for Care to change the lives of others
