Chef de Partie/Baker , Harbour Lights - Lossiemouth

Salary range From £13.50 per hour Duration Full-Time Working hours 5 day week including weekends Location Lossiemouth Closing Date N/A

Situated at Lossiemouth Marina, Harbour Lights is a busy daytime cafe/restaurant looking for a kitchen assistant/baker to join our team.

What We Offer You

  • 5 day week including weekends, 1 in 3 weekends off, no evening work
  • Rate of pay dependant on experience
  • We close Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of January.

What We Need
We are currently looking for a professional person to join our small kitchen team.

Duties include, baking, kitchen prep and busy service.

Experience in a busy kitchen, in a similar role is essential.

The successful candidate will be invited for an interview followed by a trial shift.

Our Restaurant is open 7 days a week pm.

  • Good baking skills
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety
  • A passion for food and a positive attitude.
  • A cool head and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and organisation skills
