Total Rewards Analyst Intern

In this role, you will serve as a member of the EMEA Total Rewards Team, who are part of the wider Global Total Rewards.  The EMEA Total Rewards team has responsibility for many countries across EMEA, including Springtown, Northern Ireland.  The team provides a total rewards' offering through a mix of compensation and benefits that attract and retain talent for Seagate.  The team continually reviews the offering in the market to ensure it remains competitive.

To ensure that all new Interns can benefit as effectively as possible during their time here, we offer an 11 month development opportunity called Campus to Corporate Training Program.

This Program is in place to prepare and support you by equipping you with the skills, knowledge and tools that assist you to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic individual to work as a Total Rewards Analyst across EMEA.  This is an 11-month Internship starting on Monday, 31st August 2026 and finishing Friday, 20th August 2027 In this role you will support the team with: 

•    Total reward administration and analysis of total rewards programs. 

•    Review of current Total Rewards policies and plans.

•    Working with the wider global team across Human Resources, managers and employees, as required.  

•    Working on data for compensation and benefits, along with assisting with the general administration for the roll-out of EMEA and Global Total Reward programs.

•    Maintenance of consistent and relevant total rewards success criteria, metrics and reporting dashboards to ensure program effectiveness.

•    Working on wellbeing initiatives.

•    You are an energetic individual who uses their own initiative to drive change and works with integrity across multiple teams.  

•    You are prepared to take on challenging tasks, plan ahead and take ownership for your own work. 

•    You will also take personal responsibility to add value for the customer.

•    You have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle sensitive information.

•    You will be a self-starter, driven by results.

•    Excellent team player.

•    Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including excel.

•    Good experience of working with data

•    Knowledge of how total rewards attract and retain employees.

•    Currently undertaking a Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant qualification.

You might also have:

•    HRIS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)

•    Currently undertaking a Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant qualification.

This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week, on-site working. The placement dates are: Starting on Monday, 31st August 2026 and finishing Friday, 20th August 2027
