Reporting to the Senior External Relations Specialist Youll help deliver our annual strategy supporting press office activities and influencer partnerships that shape our brands public presence. QVC International has team members in the U.K. Germany Japan Italy Poland and China.Your ImpactYou will provide accurate administrative support to the PR team including sourcing products and information from Buyers and Brands.You will manage samples and imagery for media and influencers ensuring efficient tracking and budget adherence.Youll support paid influencer partnerships from suggesting potential partners to monitoring coverage and ensuring contractual compliance.You will create and analyse tracked links for influencer campaigns reporting on Return on investment and benchmarking results.Youll collate and distribute weekly press and influencer coverage reports representing our team in trade meetings.You will coordinate imagery requests and photography for product launches working with internal and external teams.Youll help with event logistics ensuring samples and props are delivered and returned safely and representing QVC positively at events.What You BringYou will have organisational skills able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Youll have experience in a support or administrative role and it would be a plus if youve had some exposure to PR marketing or events.You have a creative eye for critiquing artwork and contributing ideas within brand guidelines.You have a high level of attention to detail and self-motivation.You can communicate complex information both written and oral.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KH2Hybrid workingIf you enjoy being a part of a team creating experiences and delighting customers youll love it here.
