Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated self employed cleaner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our Belfast office to ensure our facilities remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including hoovering, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Attend site for 3 hours per week at times to be agreed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
