What you'll do:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across all designated areas, following daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Comply with company, client, and statutory Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH and safe systems of work.
• Follow site-specific and emergency procedures, ensuring proper use of safety signage and equipment.
• Operate cleaning machinery and use chemicals safely after appropriate training.
• Support additional cleaning areas during staff absences, including specialist and Covid cleans.
• Keep cleaning stores organised, report low stock levels, and maintain equipment in safe working condition.
• Report hazards, faults, or incidents promptly to your line manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a professional, polite, and flexible approach at all times

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience working within a cleaning or facilities team environment.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices, including COSHH compliance.
• High standards of personal presentation and professionalism, adhering to uniform and company guidelines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites, including out-of-hours shifts when required.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Awareness of site security procedures and ability to maintain up-to-date vetting and access approvals.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a focus on continuous improvement in service delivery.
