Experienced Sales Negotiator & Contract Chaser (Approx. 4 Month Contract)

Location: Leamington Spa

Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term (4 months)

We are a leading independent firm of estate agents in Leamington Spa, known for our exceptional customer service, strong local market knowledge, and a friendly, dedicated team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator & Contract Chaser to join us on a four-month contract to provide cover during a staff sabbatical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the property transaction process
  • Chasing viewing feedback, reporting to clients and delivering excellent customer service to all clients and applicants
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients while maintaining strong relationships
  • Progressing sales efficiently from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders
  • Actively chasing contracts and ensuring all parties remain informed and engaged
  • Maintaining accurate records, general office administration where appropriate and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role within estate agency
  • Strong understanding of the sales progression process and contract chasing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
