What's the job?
  • Lead high-impact programmes across technology and business teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Apply agile and hybrid delivery models to drive value and pace.
  • Champion best practices in governance, planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, from product teams to C-suite.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and curiosity.
  • Support and coach teams to create a high-performance environment.
  • Manage programme budgets and forecasts with accuracy and accountability.
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream programmes using agile and methodologies, including planning, dependencies tracking, risks & issue management, budget management and progress reporting.
  • Able to communicate and influence effectively across all levels.
  • Solid understanding of technology delivery in a retail or customer-focused environment.
  • Skilled in tools such as Jira, Miro, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.
  • Recognised qualification in project or programme delivery (e.g. PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP).
