Feel Harmonia – Company Overview

Feel Harmonia is a women's-only health and wellness hub based in London. We're creating a safe, calm and beautifully designed space where women can train, recover, socialise and feel supported all under one roof.

We're not a traditional gym. Our first site will feel more like a blend of a gym and a members' club, with a strong focus on women's real lives, energy and cycles. Members will have access to training areas, recovery and relaxation zones (including a sauna), and a Fuel Bar serving high-quality drinks and light food in a relaxed, elevated environment.

Our members are women who value privacy, cleanliness, good energy and consistency. Many will be busy, high-performing women looking for somewhere they can switch off from the outside world and feel genuinely looked after, not rushed or judged.

Role Overview

Cleaners are responsible for keeping the space feeling safe, fresh and luxurious from changing rooms and showers to studios and social areas. Cleanliness is non-negotiable at Feel Harmonia.

Key Responsibilities

· Daily cleaning of all member areas: reception, studios, changing rooms, showers, toilets and corridors.

· Regular checks and light cleaning throughout the day, not just once.

· Deep cleans as scheduled (e.g. floors, tiles, mirrors, lockers).

· Replenish toilet paper, soap, sanitary products and other supplies.

· Report any maintenance issues (broken fixtures, leaks, damage) to the AGM/GM.

· Follow all cleaning protocols, product guidelines and health & safety rules.

What Success Looks Like

· The space looks and smells fresh throughout the whole day.

· Members rarely need to complain about cleanliness.

· Checks and tasks are completed on time and recorded if required.

· Cleaners work well with the team and spot issues early.

Requirements

· Previous cleaning experience in gyms, hotels, spas or similar is an advantage.

· Strong attention to detail and pride in work.

· Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

· Comfortable with physical tasks (bending, lifting, being on your feet).

· Able to work early mornings and/or late evenings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
