Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Implementation Design and deploy enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Architect secure and scalable workplace solutions integrating cloud services (Azure, AWS).
  • Implement endpoint management, patching, and device lifecycle strategies.
  • Security & Compliance: Configure and manage security features like DLP, Safe Links, and Defender for Office 365.
  • Enforce Zero Trust principles and privileged access management.
  • Administer email protection systems (e.g., Proofpoint) and ensure compliance with DKIM, SPF, DMARC.
  • Automation & Optimization: Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using PowerShell and Azure Automation.
  • Optimize identity and access management via Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and SSO.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier III support and act as escalation point for complex issues.
  • Lead deskside and remote support initiatives, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaboration & Leadership Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team training and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, and Legal.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in workplace engineering practices.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day
