draftLine is our award winning in-house agency. Creatives, strategists, producers, and marketers gathered from all over Europe revolutionizing the way we do marketing in our company. Based out of our central London office, with its own production studio and rooftop bar, we will work hand in hand with global and local marketing teams to develop top notch creative work.

What will you be doing:
We are looking for an Executive Producer (EP) to

• Manage productions for some of our Global Brands such as Budweiser and Corona and other local brands across all markets in Europe. These production briefs will come from in-house as well as from other external agencies.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency by keeping consistency and delivering best in class creative campaigns.
• Line management 1-2 members of the production team

You'll be part of a production studio with Producers, Digital Producers and a post-production team working in our office in Chancery Lane where we have our own filming/photo studio, editing suite and sound booth.

What you will bring:

• 6+ years' experience in production in either an advertising agency, production company or other content production hub
• Extensive experience in scoping production, managing both small and large budgets, and complex timelines
• Client facing and strong skills in building relationships with both project teams and senior stakeholders
• The ability to guide early creative ideas to work within budget and timings, whilst able to keep creative teams motivated and the creative intention intact
• A well-balanced mindset; between being creatively driven but commercially grounded
• An in-depth understanding across all disciplines from TVC through to print, able to multi-task projects, whilst also overseeing smaller projects run by more junior members of the team
• Strong relationships with key companies in the local and international production industry such as printers, production companies, post and edit houses, sound studios, and casting agents.
• The highest level of organization and attention to detail, acting as a role model within the production team
• A passion for both craft and innovations within production, always striving for best-in-class creative solutions
• In depth knowledge of legal insurance and delivery frameworks
• The ability to be forward thinking, risk assessing and problem-solving projects before problems arise
