Job Description

Shape the future of Commercial & Corporate Real Estate with AECOM.

We're looking for an experienced CCRE Sector Leader to drive growth, build partnerships, and deliver excellence across our Commercial & Corporate Real Estate (CCRE) business within the Buildings and Places group.

This is a pivotal leadership role, representing one of our most significant sectors. This position will focus on the UK&I region but will also drive collaboration across Europe and India region and across all business lines to maximise growth in the CCRE market and ensure we continue to advance as the partner of choice for commercial real estate development and corporate occupancy strategies.

Here's what you'll do:

The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between regional operations and Global Business Line Leaders, understanding and communicating regional priorities, leading strategic CCRE pursuits, facilitating identification of future opportunities, and providing oversight and operational support to active programmes across all sub-sectors.

You'll also direct, develop, and grow our comprehensive CCRE services across the UK and support Europe and India, working in close partnership with the Regional Executive Leadership Team and Global CCRE leadership.

Our CCRE business has traditionally focused on individual project delivery across corporate real estate, residential, hospitality, retail, and office sectors. Our future growth strategy expands this approach, built on four strategic pillars:

  • Strengthening existing relationships and building new partnerships across our Europe & India client base
  • Creating new client relationships and expanding market activity across the full EU&I region (as directed by our strategy)
  • Building our CCRE capabilities
  • Developing innovative service offerings that will drive future growth in the sector

This is an opportunity to lead one of AECOM's most strategic growth sectors and support diverse global regions, with exposure to international markets, high-profile clients, and senior leadership. Qualifications

Proven expertise in CCRE sectors with experience spanning multiple sub-sectors (corporate, residential, retail, hospitality, office).

  • Strong background in business development, client management, and project delivery at scale.
  • An inspirational leader with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of EU&I market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong network across the Real Estate ecosystem (developers, investors, advisors)
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, global trends affecting Real Estate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
  • Advanced qualification in Quantity Surveying/Project Management/Building Engineering, Design, Architecture
