As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a talented and driven Construction Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation delivering high-value, impactful projects.

This is a full-time permanent position based initially in the Warwickshire area on the HS2 project.

Your new role

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution
  • Driving a positive health and safety culture across all site activities
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, risk mitigation plans and progress reports
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures, client specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Leading value engineering initiatives and promoting continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have:

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale civil engineering projects, ideally including reinforced concrete (RC) works
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations
  • Significant site-based managerial experience with a self-delivery contractor
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Full UK driving licence.
